Hi guys, writing this as I experienced very very bad In April 2023, I successfully cleared all the rounds of interviews at Cricbuzz, and the negotiation process was also completed. It took around 2 months to complete all the rounds. On the 14th of April, I received an email from Cricbuzz for the document process. I promptly submitted all the required documents, but then there was a delay in receiving the job offer. Every time I inquired, HR provided new excuses such as the cto being unwell and other reasons. Eventually, she stopped picking up my phone calls, and it became apparent that she might be looking for another candidate who would accept a lower salary than me. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I decided to write an email on the 25th of April to inquire about my offer status, and I also copied the senior HR on the message. However, the response I received was disappointing as they informed me that I was not selected for the position. I couldn't understand why they had taken my important documents if I was not selected. It seemed clear to me that they found another candidate willing to accept a lower salary, and this unfortunate situation caused me to lose another job offer that I had on hand. Overall, my experience with this company and its HR handling was very disappointing.

At first, HR told me there will be 4 rounds of technical discussion. First 2 rounds were took 2 days, 3rd round was assignment (it will take 24-48 hours to implement all the components), Then 4th and supposed to be last round was Code Reveiw. And it went well. But when I called the HR for update she told me that they are not sure whether to take me or not, so they want another round of interviews and that will be last. So I agreed. But after Another technical round, they again told me to have another technical round. And then they rejected me after 6 technical rounds. They wasted my 3-4 days. Just a suggestion, If you are not sure whether a candidate is eligible or not after 4 rounds clearing, and you are asking for another extra round then you should assign the interview to a proper interviewer rather than any developer who is available and not taken any interview in his life.
