Spoke with an internal recruiter and QA Manager. Those two interviews went really well. Got a very good sense of the position and of the company's product. When I interviewed with the QA engineer she did not turn her camera on which was awkward. Because I spent the entire session watching myself talk. She asked me the same questions over and over again about specific automation frameworks and then admitted she didn't know much about automation. Not sure why she was asking me questions about a topic that she didn't have experience in. I also could tell that she was googling questions to ask me. I was asked the typical questions concerning Test Plans, test cases, etc. I answered those correctly but was told I didn't know what a test plan was. Even though I have been a QA engineer for 15 years.. LOL. My skillset would have helped this QA group mature, be more efficient and effective. Next.
