I had a phone screen after submitting my resume. The screen was just to ensure I knew what the position was. There was also a face-to-face interview in the office, which was really nice because it included a tour. The face-to-face was super easy because it was largely a discussion of the organization's mission. Although I didn't receive an offer, I felt professionally treated and made some good connections for the field. I would 100% recommend interviewing here, and would absolutely interview again if any positions opened that interested me.
