Crm interview questions

There was 4 rounds 1. Written exam 2. Technical 3. One more technical 4. Hr round This process takes actually time around 15 days. It was not so tough and not so easy. Everyone was helpful. There were about 30 questions in aptitude and 18 were the passing criteria. If cleared then technicals were there.

Initially recruiter contacted me, walking through my past experience. Then collected necessary information and submitted my profile. Couple days later I was notified of a phone interview 30mins basic walkthrough the past experience, why looking for new job? what will you bring here? behavioral questions etc. 1 phone screening then followed by coding interview using and 1 face to face
