Slow to start after submitting application/resume. CEO met with me and was an interview with him was more about how awesome he was and that if I weren't a Marine I really didn't stand a shot with getting anything from him.

HR Manager "I really don't know what to ask you about the position. I know nothing medically related.". I started to ask questions and I was shut up with a wave of their hand and told to just sit back and relax.
