i just took 2 assessments, they asked multiple choice questions regarding to english grammar. and imo it was easy normal test. they have the 3 step process for the assessment .

The interview was done online, sort of recorded. I was discouraged because it took longer that I expected. initially it said it would last 15mins but it took me hours to complete it.
