Talked with recruiter at career fair. Receive email a couple weeks later asking to schedule a phone interview. Was a standard behavioral interview. He said he'd recommend me for a technical interview but receive a rejection email a month later.

The process is structured and had 3 rounds of interview with different level of peoples. The job description was good and highlighted the work clearly. Had a telephone interview in the beginning and met the interview panels for further discussions.
