I have been working at Cummins full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The part of the company that really makes it for me are the people and the people at Cummins Turbo Technologies are amazing.
Corporate responsibility initiatives are excellent and are a great opportunity to team build.

    Cons

I often felt the projects I worked on were a little light on resource which was felt by all members of the team and often reflected on the projects.
There is a lot of different templates around the company used for BOMs, Timing Plans, DVP&Rs etc. which could (and probably should) be condensed into one standard template.
I hear the same complaints from new starters that I had when I started regarding access to various sites/shared drives/systems. This could be improved.

    Advice to Management

Ensure enough resource throughout the company.
Have a standard document for new starters of all the information they need to know.
    Standardise templates for common documents.
    Upgrade outdated systems.
