I was invited to attend an practical test at Cummins Darlington. Stage 1 of the recruitment process was a personality test on a computer, I was told it was just a test and there were no wrong answers. The questions were pretty simple. Stage 2 was a multiple choice test and was basically to see if you could follow written instructions well. There were about 10 set of instructions and 20+ questions. This test had to be completed in 12 minutes. I didn't complete the last question but still passed the test. Very few completed all the questions.
