      Mechanical Engineering Intern Interview

      28 Apr 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Cummins in Feb 2014

      Interview

Applied in October through the online portal. Was contacted in Feb of the next year. The first round was a simple HR round with general behavioral questions. The second round was more technical. I did not apply for the position they interviewed me for and I really dont understand their policy of interviewing people for positions they have no idea about. I could not answer the questions properly and was sent the reject letter the day after the interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

None. The questions were typical questions related to that field and could have been answered by any professional who has decent technical knowledge.
