Interview was on call Casual talk and followed with second round 1 week later. Similar questions were asked in second round as well. After interview they call employees for casual lunch or breakfast to check if candidate will join or not.

It was during a conference, fairly straight forward. I approached a recruiter during the conference, and was asked background and basic critical thinking questions. I was offered an interview the same day, and got a job offer the next.
