Hello, I was contacted by Cummins recruiter and had an interview for 25 minutes. Its an initial screening round. Second one is a phone interview (Technical) with hiring manager. I cleared the second round and they invited me for an onsite visit to Columbus. Can any body explain their experience at the onsite visit and how was the day
Submitted an online application after being contacted by a college recruiter. After a couple weeks I was contacted for a behavioral screening interview, then after passing this I was contacted for a technical interview with a hiring manager.

They asked questions that reflect your personal attributes. So just answer them honestly and you should do fine in the interview. Don't be afraid to talk about your prior experiences and just tell a story.
