The 1st part is a phone call with the recruitment team and I was clear about the reasons I wanted to work there and my commitment to the role. I had done my research on Cummins including getting some positive feedback from others I know who worked there. I was successful and then went for the second interview and their email was clear on how they expected my answers using the Star Approach.
