Sent me a sample article to work on. Later interview at the office. General questions about my work experience. And asked about my idea about CureJoy. They explained the kind of articles CureJoy publish and asked which kind of writing I am comfortable with.

I landed up at the office without confirmation of any appointment, yet the HR was kind enough to welcome and accommodate me. I was asked to submit a written test based on a health-related topic assigned to me and was later called for two rounds of discussion with two key decision makers from the management. A common, positive behavior pattern I observed in the 3 rounds of discussion was the management's approach to convince me that my tenure in the organization is going to be comfortable and the warmth of the individuals. I could also sense that they value employees and don't merely see them as tools to extract work from.
