Whole process felt very fast - 1st stage 15 minute call was a very “old school” interview style “what do you know about us - rather than learning anything about the role. Process included a 2nd stage presentation which was specific to a certain problem and how I’d solve it, to which was told I would receive feedback by a certain time.. that came and went. A month later… no feedback given still and they’re still hiring for said role. The whole process felt like a fishing for ideas scenario but not actually wanting to hire.. felt like a waste of time being honest.
