Interview
The interview process is long. First round would be 20 minutes screening with HR. Next would be a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager or one of the technical support managers. Next would be a take home assessment. The assessment would have eight questions and all our support tickets related to Cursor. We will be evaluated on our communication with customers and how we are trying to solve the tickets.
