It was lengthy, But satisfactory. A couple of rounds with the promoters that primarily focused on the leadership abilities, business vision, business strategy, human resources management, technology deployment, industry best practices, quality, process improvement, new business acquisition, expansion, training and development, client retention and handling, cost reduction and profitability.
