Cyberbacker Virtual Assistant interview questions

The application process was fast at first, but after my final interview, I've got no response from them. Only when I emailed them asking about the result did they told me that they couldn't find a role that matches my values and personality. But instead of looking for a match while waiting, they would just ask you to re-apply (all that process again) after 60 days lol

Longest waiting time, unprofessional during interview, like how can they even tell whether you are already qualified for a position by just asking those basic questions, like seriously does that define already your work ethics?
