The environment was nice. They called the interviewees one by one. The CEO and manager were there and asked normal questions. No technical details were asked. They were discussing my career plans, my favourite course.

I applied via mail, a selected number of candidates were called for interview.
They asked about my favorite subjects in university, why i want to be in this academy. They also asked about my future plans, the CEO and Operations Manager were friendly.
