Interview
I had two interviews. The position was offered to me within a week of the first interview, and they gladly agreed t wait outn my notice time at my previous position. I interviewed with the administrator, and then the Social Services Director. I found both to be competent during this process.

I cannot think of any that weren't "standard". No out of the box questions, or asking me what kind of a tree I would be if I were one.
