Interviewed with a recruiter first, then with the hiring manager. The interviews were both done over Zoom video call. After the hiring manager interview, we couldn't agree on Salary so i exited the process.

Our goal of total pay transparency starts with posting the pay range on all of our job descriptions so that we can begin the alignment process as early as possible. The whole hiring process took more than a month. I had 4 interview rounds and an assessment. Assessment focuses on maths and problem solving skills. Then there's an interview with the Hiring Manager, one more interview by other team members, a panel interview with 3 4 members and finally there's a Bar raiser interview by a leader from other team.
