I filled out an online application and they contacted me 2 months later. After they background checked me I had an interview at the shop with someone who didn't even work at that location. He asked me questions that were on the application like "what would you do if you saw someone stealing from a customer".

How I would handle a situation in training where a lead tech did something against the books during a job
Regular what would you do in this situation type of interview. Fairly simple wouldn’t say anything out of the ordinary, just basic how would you feel with irate customer questions.
Phone interview then one on one interview with operation manager and they said they will have an recruiter contact me but I was wondering do they only contact you if you are hired or even if they don’t give you the job with will be common curiosity
