This was the most extensive interview process I've ever experienced. It started with a phone screening call (the talent acquisition person was very nice and helpful throughout the process), then an interview with the hiring manager. Then, there were three assessments (and as someone who hasn't thought about algebra for 8 years, they were hard!). This was followed by an in-person panel interview with three executives and an office tour. I was told there would be one more interview if I was moved through, but this is where the journey ended for me. The interview felt antagonistic, and I left not wanting to ever come back there.
