Interview
The interview process is very lengthy, first I interviewed with the recruiter, then I had to take two tests to advance to the next interview ( all about theory and logic and very short amount of time given to complete). I advanced to the 2nd round of interviews which was with a manager and an employee in the dept I was going to with in, after that interview I was set to interview with a vp and I would've had to take another test. (This was all about a month time period) While I was waiting for that interview, I interviewed with another company and was hired. I think Dish needs to reconsider how they interview as they will miss out on a lot of good people if their main focus is on the tests or on having multiple interviews.
