Administer all procedures and action forms for personnel processes including; new hires, after hiring benefit enrollments, terminations, contract renewals, probation periods, transfers, etc. and ensure full compliance with the labor law and organization’s policies and regulations.
• Interpret and apply detailed knowledge of employment laws, internal regulations and HR policies and provide procedures guidance to employees.
• Responsible for the medical care program to be covered to all employees including; adding and removing members, handling medical approvals and reimbursements. and reviewing the quarterly payment checks.
• Dealing with governmental authorities such as social & health insurance, and labor offices, provide them with all required forms and letters, processing the monthly or periodical payments checks, and build a strong relationship with them.
