The first stage is a telephone interview with a hiring manager. Asked questions re current role and responsibilities. Asked questions about the company. It was overall fairly straightforward and informal.
Lengthy interview with challenging competency based questions together with other tests (case studies etc). Interviews largely depend on the practice area as they are delivered by different personnel depending on the department
