very lengthy! several phone interviews. two onsite interviews. the interview process was lengthy but very smooth. Job was offered quickly after last interview and pay negation was fairly pleasant. the background check process is a very slow process it took close to a month.
good and imp to know basics questions and answers. tell me about you self ans will decide the job and offer letter . company dont want change any job offers

Interview
"Laughable" is what best describes the process or at least the first round.
1st round was technical round. Interviewer asks domain related questions from projects from back in 2017. Did not ask about recent project.
Asked to write code, not on online editor, not on IDE, not on notepad, but on pen and paper!!! And the was asked to show me writing on the paper and show the same on camera. What a joke of a company. Saying this is the process.
1. Virtual Technical Round - Mostly related to tech stack written in Resume and according to job requirements.
2. Managerial Round - Cultural fit along with basic technical concepts. Hypothetical questions, scenario based questions, discussion about projects you have worked on.
