Gohsted after the final interview. Screened by a recruiter who prepped me for the interview (Teams). Behavioral questions, "give me an example when". The mood among the four DaVita employees was good, and the interview was easy. But then I was gohsted by the company. It has been almost two full weeks since I interviewed. The recruiter has not heard anything either.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita in Sept 2013

2nd phone interview - hiring manager
Completed a training design assignment that was emailed to me
3rd phone interview - panel interview with team members and hiring manager
received job offer about two weeks after the 3rd interview

They asked me if I knew the 7 core values, their mission and their vision statement.
A seasoned nurse, clinical educator/ writer asked how I would be able to assist her in her current role as a clinical education writer

I applied for the position online. Over the next month, I had separate 3 phone interviews. They were all very pleasant encounters.... my only disappointment is this: Having made it that far in the process, they promised I would be notified (one way or the other) if I had been selected to go to the 4th and final interview - a face to face panel. They never contacted me again... even when I reached out to a recruiter and an HR rep to get some feedback. Very disappointing.
