I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
The interview was a 2 step process. The first phone interview was cancelled & rescheduled via email without my knowledge. The first step could’ve been better. The advertised available location was no longer available. I was told at the last minute that it was at another site. The 2nd part of interview was at a Clinic. The FA was live & the Chief RD was remote. I felt like the same questions were repeated in different ways to see if the responses would change. It appeared that the questions were more geared towards the internal issues present at this facility in PA.

Question 1
How would you handle a difficult situation at this facility given your personality?
I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita (Bridgeport, MI)
Interview
My interview at the time was just a sit down with an RN who was clinic manager. Asked me questions on my resume and why I thought I'd be able good fit for Davita. Then some other standard interview questions. More of a laid back type interview compared to some.

Question 1
In my experience, how I've handled difficult patients
Like most other typical interviews but at least they had the dietitian that was leaving sit in to ask about the actual work/role. But same questions: strengths, weaknesses, why you want to work here, etc.
I spoke with the recruiter via phone first, and then I spoke with the Dietitian lead. After that we set up an in-person interview and I had an interview at one of the dialysis clinics with the Dietitian lead and the facility administrator. The FA asked multiple questions, particularly about leadership qualities, and how you handle stress.
