Brief interview with recruiter via phone. Follow up interview with director/nutritionist. They asked the basic questions; (tell me about yourself, describe a time when etc.) Asked situational based questions. (Describe a time you dealt with a difficult patient/client, Tell us about a time you had a problem on the job and how did you solve it?)

Tell me about a time where you dealt with a difficult patient/client.
First one was a. call with recruiter and 2 interview was with the clinic FA and team lead and more higher ups. The interview was almost a hour via zoom.
Apply, recruiter phone interview, forward resume to hiring manager, hiring manager and additional staff from dept of choice video/ in person interview, job offer.

Very easy going. Professional. Wanted to really get to know me and how I see myself with the company. Very informative information about the job position, expectations, and leadership. I was even able to shadow a social worker before accepting the position.
