I had a very smooth process I applied online and then set up a time for a phone interview and then an in person shadowing and interview. They were great with communications through email and were quick to respond

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Interview
Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
