Interview
I was asked to tell about myself and my work history. I did not know how much to go into so I made it brief. I talked about some of my experience. Then I was told about Davita. I then was told that I was going to watch the employees work for an hour. I did, at the end of the hour I was told thanks and I left. I heard back in about a week that they would do a background check and get back to me. I heard back that I was hired.

I did a phone interview first asking me what I was looking for. I then set up an interview. I was asked general questions about work history.

Interview
They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.

Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.
