I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita
Interview
The hiring and interviewing process is painfully slow. It will take many weeks/months to get you through the process. There will be 10+ individuals you will interview with and most will ask you the same questions. Hard to find the value in that. When you are in the interviews the questions are typically the standard behavioral questions you hear. "Tell me about a time when you did this, failed at that, or had your biggest challenge".

Question 1
How many of our Core Values can you name? What about our mission?
Interview process was standard. Company culture is apparently lacking and it shows in the process and demeanor of the hiring team. Would have appreciated a more personable approach in the interview process
A sourcer reached out to me about a role, we schedule the interview, and the recruiter subsequently ghosts me and never shows up for the interview or doesn’t bother to respond to my email. Unbelievably unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2023
Interview
I loved the thought provoking questions vs. the typical behavioral ones. They were real world questions about the industry and where it is headed. It was like having a discussion with a colleague. Felt at ease and confident.
