I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Daiichi Sankyo
Interview
Each hiring manager may have personal differences. The manager who I interviewed with, gave me an assisgnment from the phone interview to the personal interview just to see if I would do it and what level of quality I would provide. The same manager also tried to act upset at a couple of my answers and gave me a bad attitude to see how I handled myself in that situation. The last thing they want is someone with a bad attitude in the field alone representing their company.

Question 1
If you were not to get this job, what do you imagine you would do after? (I don't believe everyone would get this question though. I think it was asked of me because I do not have a sales background.)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Daiichi Sankyo (Albuquerque, NM) in Sept 2013
Interview
Applied through career builder and did a phone interview where i went over my resume and said to expect a call from HR for the following week for a face to face. At that interview i went over my brag book and resume and answered about 8 or 9 behavioral questions. 2 important elements to the interview process - Answer in Star format - close every interview. You will not move to the continuing phases without a strong close. At the end i was told there was a second face to face and someone from HR would be contacting me. At the second F2F i did more behavioral questions and a mock sales call. At the end i was told i had a final interview with the territory manager. At that interview there were detailed resume and brag book questions along with a few behavioral. I also brought with me, upon instruction, a 90 business plan, my driving record and an transcript. 20 minutes after i left i was called a job offer.
