After speaking with the recruiter, the first round interview was at a major medical meeting with the hiring manager. At the time, the hiring manager told me it wasn't a formal interview, so I did not get the chance to truly interview the hiring manager. My mistake because the hiring manager turned out to be a very poor leader, and I should have seen it. Second round was a panel interview. They gave the questions ahead of time, so it was possible to be extremely well prepared. Questions were asked in order exactly as provided.
