The HR representative arrived 15 minutes late to our scheduled interview without prior notice. During the conversation, she asked technical questions; however, many of them were unclear or not phrased in a way that made sense in a technical context. I did my best to provide answers based on what I believed the intended questions were, but it seemed she had difficulty understanding my responses. This made it challenging to have a productive or meaningful discussion.
