Interview
Panel interview (Headteacher, HR Director, HR Advisor), followed by written tests. The written tests provided 30 minutes to complete two tasks. Task 1 involved drafting a formal return-to-work email based on provided information. Task 2 had two parts: the first required prioritizing 10 tasks, and the second presented situational questions to address.
