I was scheduled for an interview which they cancelled 5 minutes before and said they were no longer hiring for the role. 3 hours later the role was reposted to LinkedIn as "high priority".
I reached out to the recruiter who said they didn't feel I was a good fit because they "saw I didn't have video editing experience" when on my resume it shows I have 10+ years of video editing experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Dear Media (Austin, TX)
Interview
I just had a couple video interviews with their team, it was pretty casual and conversational. Questions were pretty straight forward and average, but it was pretty hard to get an interview!

Can you tell us about yourself and your experience?
Zoom Meeting with HR Recruiter, very straight to the point asked me questions directly about my experience and the skills needed in the position. Asked me about Dear Media content and how you would describe it.
