Very informal 30min on-line interview with one member of the team telling about about the company and describing the role. Followed by another interview, on-site, with two members of the team. Similar the first one, but with more questions regarding my profile and motivation. Very informal and relaxed.

I passed all the interviews, and was told that the company was ready to make an offer. Despite it, no offer was made, and no explanation provided. In total, I spent about 8 hours on the interview process, which turned out to be a waste of time. The company basically ghosted me after that.
The technical tasks were completely unrelated to the company's industry, which left me unprepared, and made the interview process extra stressful.

The interview was good but they told me that they would send a update in 2 days but it took a month for them to send a rejection even after sending many followups .At one stage, I was even told that a proposal had been sent, but no progress or clarity followed, which added to the confusion.It lacks transparency .And their role is open on linkedin for about 3 months so u can understand that chances of selection are less and uncertain.I wasted my time and energy applying
