I had an initial screening, then a take home assessment which consists of a URL shortener, they give you a list of requirements and a list of extra points. I went the extra mile and delivered my solution in 3 days covering all the requirements and extra points, then a week went by and I had no feedback. I reached out to them and they just replied with a generic message without any valuable feedback. Don't waste your time applying here, they don't value your time.
