Application was online. I got an invitation e-mail for an interview in a week. Interviewer was a very friendly guy. There was a technical quiz in interview and it was not very easy. Second meeting was with the development manager of the German company they work with.

The recruiter asked to explain my latest project and asked detailed technical questions about the software architecture and the reasons using hybrid technology to develop my mobile app.
