I had an overall positive interview process: a call with the recruiter, followed by a conversation with one of the founders, then a case study presentation, and finally the opportunity to join a full team meeting. I appreciated the openness and the chance to get a real feel for the team and company dynamics.
The company is still in an early stage when it comes to shaping its internal culture. One noticeable issue is the significant gender imbalance - teams are overwhelmingly male. This unfortunately contributes to a lack of diverse perspectives, reduced emotional intelligence of interactions.
While the product and business potential are strong, I unfortunately experienced a lack of respect and low morale in some interactions.
