good, attentive, educative, helpful, interviewed at SA, nice office, nice recruiters, 2 hard questions, personal questions, describe yourself, projects youve done, where you see yourself in 5 years, why left job, why interested in Delek
Basic background and experience to start. Need to be able to walk through a DCF model and various financial analyses. One interview with HR then one with hiring manager. Fairly quick process.

Interview
It was a pleasant experience until you interact with HR. The interview process was amazing and I felt really good about the accounting team I would have been working with. I got the position however they sent me an email telling me to sign the offer letter and there was nothing attached. Once I declined the offer, HR's attitudes changed completely and were very mean and bitter to me. Huge RED flag.
