Interview
I was interviewed by a program manager and an engineer who had a hard decision narrowing it down to one person, between me and another person with more experience than me, so I did not get the position. However, the HR team was friendly and loved my resume so they referred me to another position within the company

Question 1
There were basic "what would you do?" type questions. The rest of the interview was more of a conversation. I was called back for a followup with a different program manager and he did not ask any questions, he explained what I would be doing in the position they were hiring for. I GOT THE JOB!

Applied online, was contacted by the HR department to go over a time for an interview and the pay range for the job position. Did about an 30-45 interview and was asked Cisco Networking Technical Questions. Then wrote a Thank you Letter afterwards with the answers to the questions of the answers I didn't know in the interview.
