Recruiter was really nice and helped me to prepare 15 minute screening. Then an hour screening. Amazing turnaround time for dell from when I put in my application. I think what I need to do in the future is write down the questions and have notes in front of me that I glance at. All behavioral.

Question 1
Dell is fast paced, there are ambigious details, you need buy in from different perspectives. And you need a growth mindset. And data literacy. Tell us about yourself and why you want to work at dell? Talk about a time you managed multiple priorities? How do you say organized? Name a time you were empathetic to someone going through a tough time. Name a time where someone did that to you. Name a time you used feedback to grow. Name a time you used data and connected it to shareholders to achieve an outcome. Talk about a time you juggled multiple priorities. Name a time you collaborated cross functionally, what did you achieve and how did you achieve it?
Had an hour long interview with 2 Dell employees. Had a case question and they were extremely nice and polite throughout the interview. Spent time with interviewees the night before.

campus recruiting, 1-2 virtual interview, 30 mins, really like the feedback sessions after interview, during interview, they ask 2 data related questions, looking for analytical thinking candidates, and most are behavioural questions, overall good conversation!
