Interviewed with 5 people - all collaborative. They asked about previous experiences, details on projects managed and completed, any downsides, How I can bring success to this position and what would I do in the future regarding moving along with the company.

HR screening then a technical interview with the hiring manager then another interview with the director then Human resources interview. In the technical interview they will send you a case study for a project and you have to present a project plan to a customer

Interview
Telephone Interview. Just asked me if I know SQL and they explained about their team for 20 minutes. I felt that I am right fit for the position and I also added few points where I could align with role since they weren't asking any questions. They really seem not interested in hiring and after 2 weeks, I got an email saying they are looking for a person who is experienced in the domain which came as a surprise since I wasn't even interviewed.
