I left my job at GE to join DELL and later I was told by the consultant that the operations would start a bit late. I had to wait 6 months without a job for an interview. At last I was called for the interview for the post of group leader. There were only 2 rounds, the 1st was with the area manager and the next with HR. The entire process was smooth and quick.
