Phone screened with the hiring manager after applying directly through their site. We talked generally about my background, and he explained who he was looking to hire. Contacted by a recruiter to give some in depth information about the role. She had her HR colleagues contact me to schedule a time to come on-site. I came in and met with 4 different people, including the hiring manager I had already spoken with. I sent in some materials for them to review the next day and heard back two days later.

I had 5 interviews. Some were with individuals and finally, I had one with a panel interview. After all of that, I was finally told that they decided not to fill the position.

It consisted of various scenario problems and was complex in terms of the length of the questions.It involved a lot of questions regarding dell products and their success of it. I definitely recommend doing research on the topic for sure!

The experience was rather laid-back, with two interviewers posing straightforward behavioral questions. Additionally, they inquired about mini-cases related to Dell's products. The session lasted for 30 minutes, and towards the conclusion, they invited me to ask any questions I had about the company or the position.
