Got the interview through my College Recruitment Center. Required a first round interview at the school, followed by a second round interview in Round Rock. The interview schedule was some what strange. Dell brought all the prospective employees to the same hotel in Austin Texas. Rather than having the interviewers go to Dell's offices, they had each of us remain in our hotel room and the company had the hiring managers go from room to room. There were no technical questions, they were all fit.
