Interview
There was a virtual interview, a 15-minute introductory phone call, and then a final interview, which included a sales pitch and behavioral questions. Everyone was friendly and gave great feedback.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you disputed with a manager and how did you handle it.
First round interview was a zoom call with one of the business advisors. Then the second round was a group interview that lasted about 2.5 hours. The first hour was more of an informational and a Q&A session with a couple of people from the ISR role. Then the next 1.5 hour was split into two back to back interviews with 2 different managers in each. Overall was a really good experience and relatively easy.
